“F for Fake” Response | Nothing
When I watched Orson Welles’s “F for Fake” I was really confused by the plot and it felt like Orson Welles was just experimenting with his showmanship abilities. I didn’t like how he was showing off and it was kind of obvious that he wanted the audience to be in awe. It overshadowed the whole plot for me as a viewer which I couldn’t even follow. That being said the part about art experts was really intriguing. The experts that are trusted by so many are being used as tools by the con men to deceive everyone. On top of that when everyone believes long enough it becomes reality. All in all I was confused by the film and it felt like more like an experiment.
